Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily in depth assessment/screening of all applicants
  • Ensures strong implementation and application of different methods
    of interviewing during all in-depth interview.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews with prospective applicants.
  • Assist with recommendations to Hiring Manager or candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools.
  • Maintain consistent standard for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting.
  • Meeting and hitting required Ops Validation endorsements per day.
  • Expectation setting to all applicants regarding the overall screening process and relate stages.
  • Ensure proper and monthly/weekly/daily calibrations and expecting setting as per assigned accounts/LOBs.
  • Direct a team’s sourcing activities to ensure the best candidate selection for each role.
  • Ad-hoc administrative task.
  • We do end to end recruitment ( we are the one responsible to do sourcing, conduct interview, sent assessment exam, sent to final exam)
