Employee Engagement Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Employee Engagement Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in employee engagement or a related HR function. This role is responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and growth, promote retention, and strengthen company culture—all while understanding and supporting the business’s overall objectives.
The ideal candidate communicates effectively, connects well with people, and has the business insight to balance employee advocacy with company priorities. This person will play a key role in fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment while contributing to organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives that align with both employee needs and company objectives.
- Plan and organize engagement programs, recognition activities, and team-building events to enhance morale and productivity.
- Monitor and track employee satisfaction, growth, and retention through surveys, check-ins, and analytics.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR to identify engagement gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring employee concerns are heard while supporting business goals.
- Promote open communication channels across departments to strengthen collaboration and trust.
- Provide insights and reports on engagement metrics, employee feedback, and retention trends.
- Contribute ideas on improving company processes and culture while balancing employee satisfaction with organizational priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in employee engagement, organizational development, or a related HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect across all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in designing and executing engagement and culture-building programs.
- Optimistic, confident, and energetic, with a genuine passion for creating a positive work culture.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to balance employee advocacy with company objectives.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience using engagement or HR analytics tools is a plus.
