Recruiting Trainer

Position Overview: 

The Recruitment Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that equip our recruiters with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This includes understanding client needs, sourcing and vetting candidates, utilizing various ATS and Job Boards, and maintaining high-quality client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • · Design and deliver training modules focused on recruitment best practices, client communication, utilization of various Applicant Tracking System and Job Boards and other relevant topics.
  • · Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs accordingly.
  • · Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.

Sales Trainer

Position Overview:

The Sales Trainer will be instrumental in developing comprehensive training programs that cover product/service knowledge, sales techniques and client communication. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Daily in-depth assessment/screening of all applicants
  • Ensures strong implementation and application of different methods

of interviewing during all in-depth interviews.

  • Sourcing experience through different job boards LinkedIn recruiter, Zip recruiter, Indeed, Monster etc. 
  • Conduct initial screening interviews with prospective applicants.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Executive Recruiter to perform the following general duties, including but not limited to: 

  • Partner with the Internal Recruiting Team of the client by proactively sourcing and prequalifying candidates based on specific client requisitions (Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal) to put forward as qualified active candidates.

You work directly with Senior Leadership in the United States and will be an integral part of the HIKINEX growth and Outsourced Sales Department. You will be responsible for outbound calling, appointment setting, proposal writing, lead generation, proposal writing, discovery, and client management. 

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Conduct outbound calling to leads to book meetings and discovery calls. 
  • Leverage prospecting tools to identify potential customers and use outbound calling techniques to schedule meetings with identified target accounts. 
  • Schedule highly qualified meetings for sales managers by promoting services to build a sales pipeline  
  • Clearly communicate product/services value proposition to prospects and learn about their needs to see if there’s a good fit. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, sales, and product teams to facilitate new programs, messaging, sequences, campaigns, and offerings. 
  • Adhere to company policies and work standards.

Qualification of Sales 

  • They have good communication skills and good comprehension
  • If experienced, it would be nice to have outbound call and cold call experience; it’s a plus if they have experience with handling US Clients – doesn’t matter how long as long as they are good communicators
  • Make sure they don’t have that much fillers
  • If no experience, like a fresh graduate. Ask them if they are knowledgeable with sales, if they at least know what sales people do. If they are comfortable doing cold calls.
