Customer Service Representative takes and processes live menu orders from various US fast-food chains remotely.
Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Get accurate and complete order information and input into client’s software.
- Managing a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers always.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls or orders.
- Understand the variety of menus and offerings from clients.
- Maintain call handling quality based on company standards.
- Follow professional communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- High proficiency level in both oral and written English communication.
- Native English speaker.
- Experience in fast food chain as counter service such as cashier or drive thru crew is required.
- Familiar with web-based services preferred.
- Has a good track record in meeting and delivering client goals.
- Flexible work schedule including graveyard shift.
- Comfortable using computers is preferred.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
