Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative takes and processes live menu orders from various US fast-food chains remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Get accurate and complete order information and input into client’s software.
  • Managing a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers always.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls or orders.
  • Understand the variety of menus and offerings from clients.
  • Maintain call handling quality based on company standards.
  • Follow professional communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

  • High proficiency level in both oral and written English communication.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Experience in fast food chain as counter service such as cashier or drive thru crew is required.
  • Familiar with web-based services preferred.
  • Has a good track record in meeting and delivering client goals.
  • Flexible work schedule including graveyard shift.
  • Comfortable using computers is preferred.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
