The Recruitment Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that equip our recruiters with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This includes understanding client needs, sourcing and vetting candidates, utilizing various ATS and Job Boards, and maintaining high-quality client relationships.
- · Design and deliver training modules focused on recruitment best practices, client communication, utilization of various Applicant Tracking System and Job Boards and other relevant topics.
- · Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs accordingly.
- · Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
- · Work closely with recruiting operations team to understand client requirements and tailor training content to meet these needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure ongoing improvement.
- ·Provide one-on-one coaching to recruiters as needed to address specific challenges or development needs.
- ·Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and training to continually enhance the quality of our training programs.
- Foster a positive learning environment and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the recruitment team.
