IT System Engineer

Position Overview:

The Sales Trainer will be instrumental in developing comprehensive training programs that cover product/service knowledge, sales techniques and client communication. The Sales Trainer should create engaging training content, facilitate effective training sessions, and measure the impact of training initiatives on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging sales training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of new and existing Sales Account Executives.
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify areas for development and customize training programs accordingly.
  • Facilitate a variety of training sessions, including virtual training and one-on-one coaching using innovative training methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, such as e-manuals and instructional videos, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align training objectives with business goals and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs, utilizing feedback and performance data to make continuous improvements.
  • Support the new hire onboarding process for new Sales Account Executives, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices to continually enhance the training curriculum.
